I am selling a 1400 square meters of land with a very small cottage, only 18 square meters. The land is prepared for constructing a villa, water is installed. Electricity and sewers can be installed easy. The land is located 150 meters from the lake Hamrangefjarden 30 km north of Gavle, 180 km north of Stockholm airport (Arlanda) in a typical Swedish “summer house area”. The lake Hamrangefjarden has good fishing for pike, bass and other spieces. 200 meters from the cottage is a small marina, if you want to put a boat in the lake, the land is giving you a guarantee to use the marina.
The Baltic Sea is only 4 km away and there you can find another marina.
The cottage needs some work done to become a “guest-house”, but could be used as a restroom during the time you build another house on the land.
I understand building a house is expensive (I just did it myself ...) so I am selling for a cheap price, only 18500 Euros. With this price you get 1400 square meters of land “ready to build on”, a 18 square meters cottage, a 8 square meters toolshed, all-year water supply and the rights to use a marina in the lake Hamrangefjarden.
