This tourist grounds is located about 20 kilometers (12.5 miles) from Vatra Dornei , a small mountain resort in the north part of Romania , in an extremely picturesque area along Bistrita river ,in fact on a small island on this river .Nearby there is a unique natural reservation which is protected by the national parks law ,also there is one of the highest mountain in Romania,Mt.Pietrosu,1700 meters high(about 5600 feet).The highest mountain in Romania is Mt Moldoveanu with 2544 meters(8400 feet) and is located more in the south ,this one here ,Mt.Pietrosu is the highest in the Eastern Carpathians.
This tourist grounds includes four buildings which are:
1.One building (interior and exterior remodeled in 2005) comprising the following :
a. A restaurant with bar for 80 people and a conference room for 70 people;
b. One kitchen with modern equipment ;
c.15 rooms with bathrooms on the hallway ,total 50 accommodation places .
2.One building (made in 1997) comprising the following:
a.12 rooms with 2 or 3 beds each ,with own bathrooms;
b. sauna and showers;
c. laundry room.
3.Separate luxurious villa with:
a. presidential suite with 110 square meters(132 square yards) which include living room ,office , bedroom and bathroom with tub;
b. one floor with 4 bedrooms ,2 bathrooms and living room;
c. attic with 80 square meters(96 square yards).
4.One building(made in 2000) comprising the following:
a.20 rooms with 2 beds;
b.2 single rooms ;
c.4 suites ;
d. fully equipped kitchen following modern standards;
e.cellar;
f. a four-car garage .
All rooms have new furniture and new bed sheets ,satellite TV ( .digitv.ro ) ,permanent heat in every room on winter time (the buildings have 2 central heating units -1 is on propane and 1 is on wood ), each bathroom has running water ,either cold or hot. Water is coming from own sources ,springs and wells .Also all the buildings are connected to own septic tank ,paved parking lot ,covered terrace .This tourist grounds comes with a 7000 square meters(8400 square yards) land and the access is made on a 45 meters(148.5 feet) long bridge ,made out of wood and metal structure which support 20 metric tons(22 short tons,44000 pounds)one time ,this bridge is also part of the entire property for sale.
