There are 3 bedrooms (2 double-beds, 2 single beds)(6 sleep)with balconies, where you can enjoy the charming view to the sea, town and mountains; and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, stove and all what is needed for comfortable living. Just by the kitchen there is a dining room. The salon with fireplace is spacious, comfortable and nice place to relax. Two cosy terraces allow to enjoy the climate outside. Also there is the garage just below the villa.

By feet you need 15 min. to go to the beach, a water-park can be
reached within 5 min walk(opened from June till October). For golf lovers - there is Baviera golf just in 5 min drive. Banks, shops, pharmacy, bus stop and more facilities are in short distance.
Torre del Mar offers a lot of nice bars and restaurants also sport-activities like motorbiking in mountains, hiking,water sports,horse riding,paragliding, Jeep adventures and more are possible around.
With a car you can explore the environment in the mountains and see beautiful, picturesque villages like Canillas de Aceituno,Comares...
You may also visit marvelous National Parks in the neighborhood.
