Asian Colonial mansion – 2 storeys The Mansion in its standard form consists of the following: • As you enter through the tall double entrance doors that lead to the hall you are faced with the feature staircase which has a guest washroom a few steps down below the staircase. • As you look to your right there is the double door entry to the ground floor master bedroom, walk-in dressing room and en-suite bathroom with sunken bath. A glass shower cubicle is also included in this bathroom. A sitting area opens up to the covered terrace, swimming pool and gardens beyond. • As you look to your right upon entering there is the living room two steps down from the hall. The living room has picture windows and doors leading out onto the covered terrace and overlooks the central feature swimming pool which is surrounded with tropical landscaping. • Leading on from the living area is the dining kitchen which may be separated off if the client prefers. The kitchen has a fully western style kitchen with granite work-tops, hand-made wooden cabinetry, oven, hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, store cupboard, laundry room, sink and taps and is again designed in conjunction with the client. A rear door exits to the side of the house leading to the covered carport for ease of unloading the car of shopping. • ‘Hollywood’ style staircase leading up on the one hand to the first floor master, walk-in dresser and en-suite bathroom with sitting area leading to large covered balcony and sala. The second branch of the staircase leads to the 2nd and 3rd guest bedrooms; each with en-suite shower-rooms and built-in wardrobes – both also leading to the large covered balcony and sala. • Outside are the double carport, swimming pool, guest toilet and shower and an outside staircase leading to the first floor with security gate and walls at the top of the stairs. • Optional extras are a separate carport/garage with built-over guest/maids quarters.
